  • Social Issues Relating to Land Acquisition - This session would cover issues relating to social perspectives of Land acquisition, including the issues relating to social surveys, practioners experience on land compensation estimation, case study, employment of project affected persons and managing media)

  • Socio-Legal Issues Relating to Land Acquisition: Case Studies.

  • Overview and Practitioners experience with specific emphasis on First Schedule, Second Schedule and Third Schedule of the RFCT LARR Act 2013

  • Clarification on definition of the RFCT LARR Act 2013. Methods of estimation and measurement of Landed Assets as trees, wells and ponds. Practitioners experience on land compensation estimation where registration data are not available
